Mr. O’Brien joined CHA Tech Services in 1997 and served as Vice President for eight years before being named President and COO in 2005. He has 20 years of experience as a professional engineer and construction manager, and has overseen a wide range of construction projects throughout the telecommunications, athletics, and industrial sectors.
